I felt very comfortable going into a strange situation because James created such a safe environment. His presence is calm and friendly and it helped me feel open and excited about the experience. I came to James for a Reiki attunement. The process was extremely relaxing and easy. Some of the feelings I experienced are indescribable. I started working with James,
in the hope that the work would
help with my daily chronic pain. 
Also, I felt that I was fragmented.
There were parts of my true,
core self from which I felt
disconnected. I didn't feel that
I was living my life in an authentic
way. As I worked with him, I
learned about spirits and
animal guides, and about past
lives as well. I learned how to
connect with my own personal
guides and helping spirits. 
I never thought that I would
even believe in all of this, let
alone actually connect with
them. I also started having
more and more relief from
my pain. Nothing else that I had
tried had ever helped to lower
my pain. But perhaps more
importantly, James helped me
to connect to my core self.
I also developed healthier,
stronger boundaries and
learned to trust this journey
of life. I may still be unclear as
to exactly what my purpose is, 
but now I trust that i am on
